“Heart for Traffic”, literally translated from Dutch: as the name suggests, our passion lies in people at the centre of mobility. Our motto: a better future through safe and sustainable mobility. Active mobility, and especially cycling, is present in all our projects because it covers multiple themes: sustainability, accessibility, safety, health and social cohesion.

Our expertise includes not only policy and infrastructure advisory, but also people-oriented interventions, such as traffic education, behavioural change and cycling encouragement. Good examples are our projects for Safe School Environments, encouraging active and safe mobility from a young age and creating the basis for future sustainable mobility. Furthermore: cycling is not only a great mode of transportation, but also fun! Our projects in cycling give room to both commuters and recreational users, of all ages.

In addition to traffic and mobility advisory, we also focus on knowledge development. We participated in various studies regarding cycle streets, safe school zones and child friendly cities, both in the Netherlands and abroad. This way we aim to advance the global understanding of active mobility and its benefits.

What started as a passion of Arjan Breider almost two decades ago, has now grown into an enthusiastic team of advisors and experts united by a shared vision of future mobility, with the bicycle in a leading role.
