Quarterly Participant Meeting Q4

22 December 2025

Our recent participants’ meeting was jointly organised with RVO and took place at the beautiful location of the artists’ association Pulchri Studio, situated on Lange Voorhout in The Hague. Surrounded by impressive works of art by local artists, the venue provided an inspiring setting for the day.

We welcomed around 90 participants from both networks, RVO and DCE. The programme started with a presentation on China, followed by the main session featuring updates on current and upcoming activities from RVO and DCE. The organisation of this meeting was made possible with the support of RVO.

After the meeting, participants enjoyed a relaxed networking reception. Across the street, the annual Christmas market added to the festive atmosphere. A number of attendees then gathered to wave off the cyclists of the fifth edition of the Bicycle Lights Parade, led by The Hague’s Bicycle Mayor Remco de Rijk. This inspiring event highlights the importance of safe, well-lit cycling during the darker months, while also showing that cycling can be enjoyable and relaxing.

As our final Q meeting of the year, this gathering was a festive and inspiring way to close the year together. We look forward to many more Q meetings in the year ahead and warmly hope to welcome everyone again soon.
Our Q meetings are exclusively for members of our public-private network. Would you like to be part of this inspiring community and join us at future Q meetings? Please visit our website for more information.
