Singapore Land Transport Authority in Utrecht

On Tuesday, November 14th, 2023, the Dutch Cycling Embassy welcomed a small delegation from the Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA). Hosted by Marketing and Communications Manager Chris Bruntlett at the Municipal Offices of Utrecht, they received a presentation on cycling in the Netherlands, and spent some time asking questions. Road Safety Expert Peter Riefel from the Municipality was also on hand to provide a presentation and answer additional questions. From there, they stepped out for a walking tour of the city, including a visit to the world’s largest bike parking facility at Utrecht Centraal Station. We hope the delegation enjoys their time at the International Cycling Safety Conference in The Hague this week, and returns to Singapore with a great deal of information and inspiration.
