Knowledge Knowledge Exchange with Mayor and City Council in Seoul’s Nowon District, South Korea 14 October 2025 Cycling News On Thursday, October 1st, 2025, Dutch Cycling Embassy International Relations Manager Chris Bruntlett was joined by Netherlands Ambassador Peter van der Vliet in Seoul’s Nowon District. Following a memorandum of understanding signed earlier this year, they met—and cycled—with Mayor Oh Seung-Rok as well as members of their City Council, and discussed their aspirations to become South Korea’s most bike-friendly municipality, and how the DCE could help.
