Knowledge Hong Kong Transport Department in Utrecht 20 November 2023 Cycling News On Monday, November 20th, 2023, the Dutch Cycling Embassy welcomed a small delegation from the Hong Kong Transport Department. Hosted by Marketing and Communications Manager Chris Bruntlett at the DCE office in Utrecht, they received a presentation on cycling in the Netherlands, and spent some time asking questions. From there, they stepped out for a cycling tour of the city, including a visit to the world’s largest bike parking facility at Utrecht Centraal Station. We hope the delegation enjoys their time in the Netherlands this week, and returns to Hong Kong with a great deal of information and inspiration.
