Knowledge Exploring Dutch Cycling with RotorACT (REM Utrecht 2026) 11 February 2026 Cycling News On Friday 30 January 2026, members of RotorACT from across Europe visited Utrecht during REM Utrecht 2026. The Dutch Cycling Embassy (DCE) hosted a short session in the city centre of Utrecht, presenting the Netherlands as a cycling nation and screening the documentary Why We Cycle. Participants discussed the benefits of cycling, reflected on differences with their home countries, and explored how to make cycling more attractive. Participants left with a fresh perspective on cycling infrastructure, inspired to think about changes that could encourage more cycling both in the Netherlands and abroad.
