Knowledge European Mobility Week in Budapest 1 October 2024 Cycling News From September 19th to 22nd, 2024, as a special guest of the Netherlands Embassy in Hungary, the Dutch Cycling Embassy was in Budapest to participate in a series of events celebrating European Mobility Week. This included a special photo exhibition of before-and-after images from the Netherlands, which was displayed outside of City Hall on a busy ring road for the entire week. International Relations Manager joined a film screening and panel discussion during a public event on September 19th organized by the Municipality of Budapest. On the following day, the DCE and Municipality cooperated on a half-day workshop focused on the topic of “orgware”. Finally, on Sunday, September 22nd, the DCE joined a 20th birthday celebration of the city’s first Critical Mass protest ride organized by the Hungarian Cyclists’ Club.
