Robin van der Griend

Robin is a sustainable mobility planner and designer from The Netherlands who has worked with cycling projects in many different countries. He is passionate about contributing to more liveable places and creating streets that work for people, regardless of whether people are staying and enjoying public spaces or moving through them. Robin has lived in the Netherlands and in Sweden, but he has even worked in places ranging from the Germany to Uganda and from the US to India. This helps him to keep an open mind and bring ideas from one place to another. At Mobycon’s international team, he supports cities in creating inviting infrastructure to make it easier for people to get around on foot and by bicycle. Robin knows how to explain the principles behind best-practices and is skilled at working together with local partners to create tailor-made solutions that fit the local context.
