Cycling Experts Paul van de Coevering Paul van de Coevering is professor of Urban Mobility Planning at Breda University of applied sciences. His professorship focusses on multimodal transport and the interaction with the built environment. He studied traffic engineering and urban geography and received his PhD at Delft University of Technology where he specialised on longitudinal research on the interaction between land use and transportation. His current research includes topics such as cycling and walking research, multimodal accessibility, sustainable urban mobility planning, data driven innovation and mobility management.
