Jan-Albert de Leur

Trained as an Urban & Regional Planner at the University of Amsterdam. Jan-Albert worked for 10 years as a traffic advisor for the city of Heerhugowaard (now in the municipality of Dijk en Waard) before he became the Noord-Holland expert advisor on cycling for the province in 2017. Jan-Albert knows the region inside out and from the cyclepath. He works on the regional cycling routes along provincial assets advises cities on cycling routes, on the design of streets and helps them to set out cycling & broader mobility strategies.
