Cycling Experts Elke Schimmel Elke works as Senior Advisor for Mobycon. She is especially interested in policies and measures for governments to prioritise cycling based on a holistic approach. She has international work experience. For the Dutch Cycling Embassy she facilitated, among others, a ThinkBike Workshop in Chur (Switzerland), a Study Tour in Utrecht for a delegation from the German company Velo de Ville, a Study visit for the heads of the cantonal offices responsible for road construction and cycling planning (top management level) of diverse Swiss Cantons and a Webinar for Venezuela.
