Cycling Experts Alex Baum Alex Baum has a masters in Sustainable Transportation and Infrastructure Planning, which honed his interest and skills in the integration of land-use, mobility, and sustainability planning to create liveable, thriving communities. Prior to that, he co-founded a non-profit experiential education organization, Hudson River Community Sailing, which teaches mathematics and science to underserved New York City youth through sailing and boat-building. His expertise within BYCS focuses on children and caregivers, as well as honing the processes behind international program development.
