Knowledge Incoming Delegation from Tajikistan Ministry of Transport 18 February 2026 Cycling News On Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, the Dutch Cycling Embassy welcomed a delegation of civil servants from the Ministry of Transport in Tajikistan, through on international exchange on the topic of “Safe and Inclusive Road Designs in Central Asia” organised by the International Road Assessment Programme (iRAP). Hosted by International Relations Manager Chris Bruntlett at our Utrecht office, they received a presentation on cycling in the Netherlands, and spent some time asking questions. We hope the group enjoys their time in the Balkans this week, and returns to their country with a great deal of information and inspiration.
