Guest Lecture During Windesheim International Education Week

On May 15th, 2025, the Dutch Cycling Embassy’s Chris Bruntlett contributed a guest lecture to the Windesheim Hogeschool in Zwolle, as part of their annual “Windesheim International Education Week” (WIEW). To an enthusiastic group of 20 academics from around the world, Chris outlined the history of cycling in the Netherlands and its influence on urban and transport planning. He also showed examples from all over the world where cycling is changing people’s lives in the urban environment. His 45-minute talk was followed by a lengthy and engaging discussion with the attendees. We would like to thank Windesheim for this great opportunity to share our knowledge and expertise!
