Rebecca van der Horst

Rebecca has extensive experience in the field of mobility, with specific knowledge of rail and the bike-train combination, gained through her many years at NS and ProRail. She is an experienced connector who is result-oriented and has successfully completed complex projects. She prefers to work project-based with various stakeholders and interests. As a person, she is decisive, analytical, and a skilled communicator. In the role of board member, her focus is on the further professionalisation of the board. Rebecca is the secretary of the current board.
