Cycling Experts Matteo Jarre Matteo is mobility planner and governance expert whose activity focuses on cycling and walking planning as well as consultancy on the social costs and benefits of active mobility on society. His main interest is to analyze the best solutions to integrate active and sustainable mobility solutions in urban spaces, as well as the impact of different types of urbanization on the quality of life and mobility patterns of people. He has contributed to develop the social cost benefit analysis methodology for several cycling projects in Italy and internationally and teaches bikeonomics in several webinars and courses. Moreover, he has contributed to the creation of the Bike Plan of the Metropolitan City of Milan, the Piedmont and Lombardy Regions, the Municipality of Cesena and many more. Matteo is also often involved in the dissemination and communication activities of Decisio about cycling planning and bikenomics, and is keen on ever-improving his skills as a speaker and presenter.
