Gwen Boon

Gwen is an experienced program manager with extensive involvement in developing (attractive, safe and fast) regional cycling networks, cycle hubs, change and innovation programs and a large Utrecht bike community. As a senior program manager at Provincie Utrecht, she developed and led the Netherlands’ largest provincial cycling program and team. Gwen is passionate about sustainable living. She also believes that connecting ambitions, ideas and initiatives through collaboration is key to building human, nature and infrastructural networks that work for everyone. As a board member Gwen brings in her wide range of expertise. Together we help moving the mission of the Dutch Cycling Embassy forward to share experience and expertise to make cycling accessible for everyone, everywhere.
