Frank Kwanten

Frank Kwanten explores the sustainable future of cities from the perspective of the immediate living environment, with attention to the individual and social impact. Often, but not exclusively, with a role for the bicycle. “When people experience progress themselves, they naturally become enthusiastic.”

Frank is working on, among other things, starting a cycling culture on Bonaire and on the Bicycle Bank, an initiative in which people with less to spend receive a free second-hand bicycle.
