Cycling Expert Team

A Dutch cycling expert team visits a region four times per year to engage with local professionals, fine-tune an existing project, or start a totally new project. These programs help experts reevaluate what value they add currently and think about what value they could add in the future. In addition, we work with experts to help them see the value of their contribution and articulate it effectively to non-technical colleagues. The primary purpose of this collaboration is co-creation and co-production of both parties in all aspects: design, revision of plans, set up campaigns, plan bike routes, process, design strategies to involve neighbourhoods or regions, etc.
