Knowledge polisMOBILITY in Cologne, Germany 30 May 2023 Cycling News Together with 13 participants from our network, the Dutch Cycling Embassy was present at the polisMOBILITY conference in Cologne last week. At the Dutch pavilion, co-organised by the RAI Vereeniging, a wide range of companies presented cargo bikes, bike storage, guiding systems as well as advisory and cycle stimulation. The Dutch delegation included Abel Sensors, Armada Mobility, BaumSee, Cargoroo, Cargo Cycling, Dockr, Fietshangar, Fulpra, Goudappel, Mobycon, Mobian, 3pm, and 4wieler. On Tuesday, the stand was formally opened by the Mayor of Utrecht Sharon Dijksma, together with DCE director Lucas Harms who handed her over our new Dutch Cycling Vision. In the afternoon several workshops and panel discussion were organised manning which Sharon Dijksma presented the transition of Utrecht and Lucas Harms discussed learnings from the Netherlands which had been discussed in a workshop before. Next to the trade fair, the Deutscher Städtetag was happening where several participants came over to our stand. Additionally, the Cargobike Sharing Europe event was going on as well as the AGFS meeting of all walking and cycling friendly cities in Nordrhein-Westfalen.
