Further, she elaborated on the benefits of cycling and the Dutch cycling culture as well as the role of diplomacy and trade in the DCE’s work. The presentation was rounded off by an engaging Q&A session, in which topics such as the emerging role of e-bikes and potential roadblocks when implementing bicycle-friendly infrastructure were covered. Discussions and conversations continued during lunch, which also took place in the beautiful rooms of the British Residence, with sunlight streaming in through the huge windows.
