Knowledge Study Visit from Jönköping, Sweden 9 October 2023 Cycling News On the morning of the 3rd of October, the Dutch Cycling Embassy hosted a delegation of around 20 politicians and CEO’s of 5 municipalities from Sweden. The delegation, who largely came from the Municipality of Jönköping, were visiting the Netherlands for a couple of days to better understand Dutch infrastructural and strategic approaches and the DCE contributed to their program by leading a walking tour around Utrecht. The tour was led by Chris Bruntlett who guided the group around Centraal station’s bike parking facility, the Singel and the world’s busiest cycling lane along the Vredenburg. It was a pleasure to host the group and to engage in their questions. We hope they had an inspiring end to their trip!
