Knowledge EU Forum for Smart Mobility, Warsaw 25 November 2021 Cycling News DCE joins EU Forum for Smart Mobility organized by the Centre for EU Transport Projects in Warsaw, Poland. On November 25, 2021, Dutch Cycling Embassy Managing Director Lucas Harms partipated (virtually) in the EU Forum for Smart Mobility organized by the Centre for EU Transport Projects in Warsaw, Poland. On the first day of the two-day event, this particular plenary session was entitled “Car, Train or Bicycle – What and Why do Europeans Travel By?”, during which Lucas presented cycling as smart tool for reshaping and reconfiguring urban mobility in cities across Europe. Panelists included Tine Haas of Dornier Consulting, Marcus Lübeck of Vianova, Bartosz Piłat of Polish Smog Alert, Bartosz Piotrowski of PESA Bydgoszcz, and Marcin Stefański of InnoBalitica.
