Knowledge DCE Relocates Head Offices to Utrecht 2 March 2020 Cycling News DCE moves to Utrecht; teaming up with Fietsersbond (Dutch Cyclists’ Union) to create “huis van de fiets”. On March 1, 2020, the Dutch Cycling Embassy relocated its head office from Delft to Utrecht. The move, intended to better serve our domestic participants and international delegations, saw us teaming up with Fietsersbond (Dutch Cyclists’ Union) to create “huis van de fiets” (“house of the bike”). The new office is located steps from Utrecht Centraal Station, which recently opened the largest bicycle parking facility in the world. We look forward to hosting study tours, networking sessions, and workshops from our new home!
