On January 31st, the Dutch Cycling Embassy Shelley Bontje spoke at a Finnish webinar on “Service deregulation and the green shift in transport”, organized by SWECO.

During her presentation, Bontje emphasized the importance of actively shaping the kind of society we aspire for and how the bicycle plays a role. Drawing lessons from the Netherlands, Bontje highlighted the future of cycling (“fiets”) and its implications for urban planning and transportation strategies.
