Gertjan Hulster is an educated sociologist with experience in urban transport. Now working for twelve years under the name of Nieuw & Verbeterd with Arne Gielen. Nieuw & Verbeterd produces transport and cultural movies. We try to capture the inspiration of the people working on the objects that surrounds us. Since 2015 we are full time filming Dutch bicycle culture.
