Cycling for Everyone

Daniela García-Rojas MSc

3 May 2022

Coming from a region with a great tradition in bicycle racing (the Altiplano Cundiboyacense in Colombia), cycling has always been part of Daniela’s personal journey. While studying Architecture in Bogotá, she became increasingly interested in how people move within dense built environments. Recently graduated from a master in Urbanism, Landscape and Planning, she has been involved with water-urbanism and active-mobility research and academic projects. Daniela strongly believes that cycling is the key factor needed to transform mobility practices, public policy, and infrastructure towards sustainable development.
